Since 2006, Allison Gelbrich has provided superior customer service to buyers and sellers throughout Southern California — service in which her conscience, not commission, takes priority. Leading by example, Allison perseveres until her clients achieve their goals, and she tenaciously guards their best interests far beyond closing.

Originally from South Korea, Allison was drawn to a career in real estate to help families achieve the American dream just as she has. That strong drive and the work ethic her parents instilled in her have propelled Allison’s career. Since becoming a full-time Realtor®, nearly 90% of Allison’s business has sprouted from repeat and referral clients, and she has ranked in the top 1% of Temecula Valley Realtors®.

A self-starter, Allison has worked in commission sales since she was 18 years old. During her five years in the telecommunications industry, her excellence in sales, negotiations, and communications helped her to earn a position as the district manager of the San Diego market. This cultivated, dynamic skill set continues to serve her well in the real estate industry.

Allison was adopted when she was 5 years old and grew up in a small town in Alaska. Now that she has reached a point in her life where she can give back, Allison is passionate about supporting her community, especially when it comes to foster children and rescue animals. She’s a board member of Walden Family Services, and each May, she and two of her real estate colleagues donate 10% of their commission in honor of the day Allison first arrived in the U.S.: May 3, 1986. She has also hosted an annual community pet food drive for Animal Friends of the Valleys since 2009, and she sponsors a food drive for the Temecula Food Pantry.

After a childhood spent in the fresh Alaskan air, Allison has a deep love of the outdoors, especially beach days and desert camping. She also enjoys traveling, yoga, fitness, wine tasting, spending time with friends and family, and experiencing new things.
