As a Licensed Regional Manager, James is committed to providing an exceptional lending experience to you and your buyers. With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, his expertise has earned him awards and a place among the top 1% of Loan Originators in the U.S. 

 

James has the expertise to help buyers understand the mortgage process and the features associated with the loan program they choose. He is dedicated to providing efficient service to all parties in the transaction, from application through closing. “In today’s complicated financial world, people need advice they can trust.

 

My strengths are service, product knowledge, and loyalty to my business partners and homebuyers. My team includes two Licensed Loan Officer Assistants who share my enthusiasm for the business and are committed to providing world-class service. We welcome the opportunity to partner with Real Estate Agents and serve buyers’ needs with quick and accurate home financing advice. James has been a resident of the Temecula, CA, area since 2004 and enjoys giving back to the community through his work with two non-profit organizations.

 

He holds the secretary position for Unforgotten Faces and is Chairman for Lyme Earth. To further this commitment, he has generously donated 10% of his income to non-profits every year for the past seven years. In his free time, he enjoys running, skiing, and watching hockey.
